MindsetLove And Respect- key ingredients to success!
I have been dealing with dysfunction my entire life. I mention some experiences -here- and also in the manifesto. Love and respect lead to successful communities. A lot of times the problem is not that people are stupid, but that they act stupid because they don't respect themselves and don't respect the community they are a part of. For example, a teacher that refuses to teach her students, because she no longer thinks they are worth the effort. Or a police officer that doesn't enforce the law because he feels the people aren't worth protecting. I have watched this apathy and lack of respect happen around me as a result of social policies that have been force fed onto the population: the people who control society, the billionaires, the politicians, the religious leaders force low standards on us. They forced diversity and inclusion. When people are unable to fight back against these new lack of standards, they eventually just give up on society. For example, a police officer will arrest criminals, only to watch liberal judges set them free. And the police officer will be told by his supervisor (maybe someone apointed by George Soros) that he should stop going after the murderers and rapists because too many of them are black and therefore its racist. The cop just eventually gives up. The same thing happens with teachers. It seems that failure is forced upon us by the top down. These same people who force our communities to become crime and poverty infested hell holes often don't have to live in it themselves. We simply need to reject the poison that is given to us. All Poor People Are Losers I constantly deal with this mindset that anybody without a lot of money is some kind of defective human being or we are all dumb or something. The irony is when I went to high school I consistently had the highest test scores in my class, but treated like I'm stupid because I didn't come from wealth. This class driven mentality and deviation from merit based evaluations started in the 1960s. Such ideas are always associated with dysfunctional societies- whereas merit based societies always out perform class based ones. This is why I have built a society based on basic evaluations rather than judging people by the car they drive or the zip code they grew up in. Prosperity Society Culture and Philosophy: |
Why We Business Network
If you lack advanced degrees, connections or wealth then you are generally stuck working at restaurants, gas stations and retail outlets. Nearly all these places are badly managed with highly dysfunctional people- both managing and working at the places. Even if you are a genius or the hardest worker in the world, you will likely be paid a poverty wage, given bad references and largely unsuccessful in such an environment. Even if you are able to pay your bills, usually the work is really boring and unfulfilling. Because of this, it makes sense to start your own business or network with others who own a business. My interest in business stems largely from the need to be challenged and do a job that fits my abilities rather than from greed or a need for money- although it is good to make more money when possible. Similarly I like going to college because it is interesting and challenging rather than being solely motivated by financial gain. This is important to understand, because most people I meet when I talk to them about starting a business or doing investments they seem to think I am some dumb loser with dreams of getting rich, and of course they think these dreams are unrealistic. If school is easy for you- then you go to school for fun. If school is difficult for you, then you think education is a childish fantasy and that everyone who goes to school simply have dreams of being rich. And similar with business. If you have a high I.Q. you will probably see working for someone else as boring and a waste of time, since you can make more money doing business or real estate yourself and also the work will be more challenging and more interesting. People with a high I.Q., who have a high degree of confidence in themselves, who feel like they can compete with others will share my mindset (and by extension the mindset of Hraftzer Society). People who feel like losers and underachievers will not be able to understand this type of thinking. I would like members to at least understand my mindset, if not share in it. I spend countless hours trying to argue with people that working together for business is not a scam or a childish fantasy, it isn't a gang etc. And it is necessary to work together with other people in order to start a business, or deal with corrupt police, or even achieve affordable housing in many cases. Clearly it is necessary to have a certain common mentality in order to work together on this level. Success is not hard, however, it is nearly impossible to do it alone, which is why I'm building a team of like-minded people. Mainstream Culture and Philosophy: |
Prosperity Society Vs Mainstream Society
As you can see in the illustrations above, mainstream society is doing a good job of destroying itself. We do not need to attack mainstream society or attempt to bring it down- they are bringing themselves down. We just attempt to protect ourselves from the dysfunctional ideals and inevitable collapse of the mainstream.
Failure As Class Warfare
There may be complex factors and nuances that influence daily life amid mainstream culture, but the main reason we have a culture that celebrates disabilities and victimhood is that it is a way for people in privileged positions to maintain their relative power. Relative is an important concept because many people would rather tear their neighbor down in order to be comparatively better off than to rise up to someone else's level. Keep the peasants weak and stupid, so that you can remain master over them no matter how weak and incompetent you may be. it comes from a zero sum mindset where people struggle with each other for status rather than for accomplishment.
Most people don't realize they think this way, they just unconsciously absorb the assumption and act accordingly. It is embedded in mainstream American culture.
Instead of trying to be "the first in your class" (which can be accomplished by giving your class mates a lobotomy, lying to them, or dropping acid into their morning coffee), instead focus on concrete accomplishments- try to get a 1200 or better on the SAT. Instead of trying to be the "fastest" runner in class- instead set a minimal time- try to run the mile in six minutes or less. This fosters a spirit of comradery and accomplishment as opposed to the mainstream spirit of ghettofying your community and celebrating losers and "victimhood". It also leads to a healthy community based on standards rather than a corrupt and criminal society characterized by "us" vs "them" mindsets.
