Membership requirements are also reviewed here.
To be a member of Prosperity Society you must have other member's back.
What Makes Us Different
I want to live, work, and play in a community of people who are similar to myself- like minded people. Or you can think of it as people with a similar culture.
If I turn you down for membership, do not be personally offended. Not everyone is the same. I'm looking for a cohesive community. That is why I clearly explain myself, explain my thinking, values etc. on this websites, in the books and elsewhere.
How are Prosperity Society members different from the typical people you encounter on the street? We aren't losers. I don't want unreliable, untrustworthy people, people who cry "why try we'll just fail" or other self defeating behavior in the group. Our culture will help instill leadership qualities into any member (or anyone who simply studies and absorbs our culture). But we also need to start with a fairly strong person to begin with. We can take good people and make them better. We can't take a complete loser and transform him into a successful person.
While there are plenty of groups and clubs out there for sinners, for recovering alcoholics and drug addicts, for the disabled, for the loser, and so on, there doesn't seem to be any community for healthy, well-adjusted people. There doesn't seem to be any community that encourages alpha male and alpha female traits. This is why Prosperity Society was created- I'm not rich, and I don't fit into groups that cater to low I.Q. and loser people.
Of course no person is perfect. Some people have post traumatic stress. Some people have one issue or the other. We don't expect members to be perfect. We just expect them to have a certain minimal level of competence and a minimal level of good character, and to be compatible with Hraftzer culture.
My goal is to help you join if you are interested. I'm not looking for excuses to deny you membership. I want members. If I tell you that we aren't the same, then it is for a good reason. Even if we have some minor differences I will try to work them out and get you into the Society.
Getting Started
You can e-mail us ([email protected]) or my personal e-mail ([email protected]). I can touch base on you a week later to see if you are still interested, and if you continue to show interest I can send you a free copy of the Prosperity Society Manifesto or you can order it yourself if you want. This is a "getting to know you" phase where you can think over whether the Society is right for you and helps us stay in touch.
If you decide to move forward with membership, you will need to take a short intelligence test -or- submit official I.Q. transcripts or proof of a college degree. You will also need to get finger printed (usually at a local police station but you'll have to google that), then send in your finger prints to the FBI to do a national background check (or find some other way to do a national background check). If there is something minor on there that you can explain, we'll talk about it. I at least get to know more about you. The police are so incompetent (or just don't care) in many cases people commit all sorts of crimes and have no record. If a long history of serious criminal offenses pop up then I definitely know something is wrong with you and you aren't getting accept in the group. But mostly, I will be evaluating your character by spending time with you and getting to know you.
During this time you can also do some research about me. I will sit down with you and talk about myself and allow you to run a criminal background check on myself if you so desire. Once we have a group of several people, we will share basic background information on all kindred members with you when you become a candidate.
Once you are accepted as a candidate you will have a one year initiation period where you get to know current members, where they get to know you, and you study and learn about the group's culture and philosophy.
It is important to explain why you want to join the Society, what you want from us (friendship, room-mates, having each other's back etc.) and what you have to offer the Society (what you would like to do for us). We are focused on helping each other and concrete team work, not just sitting around chit chatting or drinking beer together.
Study Plan
You must commit to a one year initiation process that involves both study and also doing comraderie exercises (to help you function with us as a cohesive pack).
The study plan is not meant to be rigorous or difficult. It is basic training. We all need a common culture and common rules to structure our community around, and joining the community means you need to learn about our philosophy and structure.
The study plan begins by studying the Prosperity Society Manifesto, which can be purchased here.
This book can be read in a few hours. There are exercises in there that we can do on different weeks, but I just want you to be familiar with the culture, structure and philosophy of the group. This is nothing complicated. However, if you have never read a book in the past five years (which is true of many people) this may be too complicated for you.
Relocation
I prefer to find people who are dedicated enough to the group to relocate and go wherever the group goes.
Have Each Other's Back- What Does This Mean?
This means if someone attacks one of us, they attack all of us. We are a wolf pack.
I seldom ask anybody for help with anything. But on the rare occasion when my car is broke down or someone is harassing me, I need you to be there. I shouldn't have to fight two battles- one with the person attacking me, then a second battle trying to get my friends and family to step in and help me. If you aren't there for me when I need you then you will be removed from the Society. In turn I will be there for you. If you can't do this, then I don't need you in the Society. Also if you are a person who always has problems, then we may need to talk (you shouldn't be calling people for help constantly. Your contributions to the Society should be similar to what you take from the society- everyone brings something to the table and should be an asset to the community- if you are here just to parasite off people or be a charity case then we will remove you. Again it is not hard for multiple people working together to be a net gain for each other. This is all really simple to do if we have intelligent people who are capable of working as a team).
The Requirements
(a) Outer Circle:
Outer circle membership is open to anyone who wants to join us or consider themselves one of us, and who does not do anything bad to get kicked out. I expect outer circle members to have my back- but they have not gone through any official initiation so their reliability is not assured. Even if you fail the inner circle requirements, you still have nothing to lose and may join the outer circle. The only difference is I will be working much closer with inner circle members in terms of starting businesses or trusting them with leadership positions.
Outer circle members don't need to submit an I.Q. test or background check, nor do they need to complete a one year initiation. If they choose to, they can do these things though. There are two types of outer circle members. One type is a person who just chooses to be a "supporter" of what we do and embrace our culture. We see him or her as one of us in a distant way.
The second type of outer circle is someone who is more of a close associate. This person has been vetted more closely, and while he may not have leadership ability, if he (or she) is willing to follow orders, can be a working member of the group. We do not seek out outer circle members, but if they come to us with a sincere desire we will fit anyone into the community who is willing to be an asset.
(b) Inner Circle:
For the moment I am mostly focused on inner circle membership (the leadership).
A leader needs to educate himself (or herself). Needs to listen, read books, be willing to sit down and discuss problems clearly and work towards a solution. Most people are not accustomed to this. They are used to working with their hands. A leader needs to use strategy, planning, and education, as well as team work, in order to reach various goals.
If you are unwilling to read the website, constantly insult and complain, make more problems than you solve, refuse to read the manifesto, consistently don't show up on time etc. then you cannot be an inner circle member. You can discuss joining the outer circle if you feel you aren't smart enough, committed enough or reliable enough for inner circle life.
1. Score 108 or better on an I.Q. test (preferably score above 114). A bachelor degree or better in anything other than liberal arts and from an accredited university will automatically qualify you. An ASVAB score of 74 or better (because you can study for this test and retake it, I have set the standard somewhat high with the ASVAB), a GRE score of 970 or better, an SAT score of 1000 or better are also acceptable. I am flexible with this- I just look for a basic level of intelligence. We can also give you our own private test if you have not taken any of those other tests. More details about the I.Q. score are found below.
2. A private personality test will be given. Don't worry it is not like those stupid personality tests for jobs. I have written one more relevant, with questions like "Do you believe it is possible for someone to assault you or even kill you" this measures your mindset and sees if it is compatible with the Society's. It also measures rationality to some extent. Basically I don't want people with perfect world bias "a bank would never rip me off. The police would never be corrupt. The system would never be unfair" those attitudes aren't compatible with the inner circle.
3. Be altruistic (care about others, be considerate of the group's needs, pass a criminal background check). This is evaluated not only through a criminal background check or consultation with references, but also through your interaction with the group. As we get to know you, we can judge whether you are a team player or not; whether you are trustworthy and reliable.
4. Conduct one's self in a rational way, show up on time, be reliable and trustworthy (as evaluated through continued membership and during the initiation).
After submitting I.Q. results and criminal background checks, you will need to undergo a one year initiation where a mentor (existing member) sponsors you and trains you. This would be me Raymond Kidwell since I am the first member.
Non-disclosure agreement and other agreements
I need you to agree to a basic contract.
You will not disclose private club information to the public (you may be subject to a lawsuit if this causes any kind of serious damages to the group). This includes after you leave. I doubt there will be anything to disclose, but it is best to work in private in regards to business deals and so forth, and to also keep our martial arts training etc. fairly discreet.
I need you to agree that if you find a member dead somewhere you don't just say "it's a suicide" and throw them in a hole. You will not make assumptions like that and will investigate matters closely. You will not make stupid assumptions: "something bad would never happen" "the police are never corrupt" etc.
If a member is accused of a crime or bad act, don't say "well I knew Raymond was a thief" if you have no evidence that the person ever stole before. Instead you need to have a high opinion of yourself and high opinion of other members and be willing to defend other people's character. If you don't have a high opinion of the group then leave it.
If you join the inner circle and swear to have our back and in a time of need you punk out- we will have a serious problem with you. This is why in most cases I want to put on a pair of boxing gloves and spar someone during their iniation phase. I want to make sure that you aren't a p---sy. We don't expect anyone to be super tought or perfect- just be willing to defend yourself and others. We will actively do assertive exercises for all members.
I need you to agree that if a member is attacked all other members will come to that person's aid "one for all and all for one". This includes if a person is robbed, slandered, cheated, or physically attacked. Coming to the person's aid means physically fighting for the person if needed, going to court and testifying, engaging in neighborhood watch or other basic actions.
These seem like common sense actions, but I never meet people who act like winners, or who have my back. This contract and these established behaviors allows us to be much stronger and to become much more successful than the typical people I deal with. It is all with the purpose of providing you with a strong group that empower you. My goal here is to make the group strong and powerful, because it benefits me directly as a member of the group. If you are also a member, then it benefits you too.
I want you to sign a contract about this ahead of time so your expected behavior is very clear. Obviously you will be removed from the Society if you engage in dishonorable conduct.
Below: Cheaters don't win. However, most people I deal with are cheaters which makes them incapable of team work. This is why there are character requirements for joining the Society. As you can see in the photo if each person is stealing from each other the net progress made is zero.
