Inner and Outer Circle
Outer circle will not exist for a long time (unless some guy on the internet just wants to identify with us or something). When we have money and resources we can open up a church like fellowship to the public where we invite people to come join us for workshops and meditation. Those people who start showing up every week and like what we are doing can be considered outer circle members, as well as solitary practitioners of our philosophy. Or perhaps if we have somebody who doesn't meet the inner circle requirements, but we still want to work with him, he can be considered outer circle (such as family members or other connected people who may not be deeply involved).
For the most part we are focused on creating inner circle chapters. These chapters are known as "kindreds" and theoretically they should not exceed 150 members. If they get too big they split into smaller groups. A kindred also lives in the same geographical area and meets together approximately once a week in a community fellowship meeting (similar to a church meeting or free mason meeting).
Tribes: Tribes are reserved for inner circle members who are part of a kindred and are ways for people to connect and preserve their ethnic identity (or even to build a new and better ethnic group). Or some kindreds may be tribal (such as a white person kindred). This provides a way to express nationalism or ethnic identity within the group (similar to having a "black" Christian church).
